It is unlawful to copy, duplicate or convert all or part, of any Training Point program unless written permission has been obtained from Training Point.
Training Point programs may not be edited, broadcast, transmitted by cable or otherwise transmitted on any multi receiver, open or closed circuit system whether or not admission is charged without prior written permission. Breach of copyright may lead to prosecution.
Australian and New Zealand Copyright Laws prescribe severe penalties for individuals, institutions and corporations. Legal action will be taken against any individual or institution who infringes our copyright. This applies to both Training Point produced programs and those we distribute on behalf of other producers.
Copyright regulations prohibit you from altering the format. For example, digitising a Training Point DVD format is illegal under the Copyright law.
