Payment
Prices are quoted in Australian or New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice. We accept payment by cheque, electronic bank transfer, bank drafts and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard). We recommend that customers outside Australia or New Zealand use credit cards or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please notify us in advance stating invoice number(s), amount to be paid and your name, company or institution. We accept payment in Australian and New Zealand dollars only.
Orders
Orders can be placed by fax, mail, email, Internet or via the phone.
Postage and Handling
Australia - Postage is calculated based on the weight of the package and destination based on Australia Post postage rates. Postage is calculated and displayed as part of the ordering process.
New Zealand - $15 plus gst.
International - Customer Service will contact you to discuss postage and arrange delivery.
For Australian and New Zealand customers all shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated for orders placed on the web site and can be viewed on the final Order Summary screen.
